Are rectangle frames also available?
Yes. We have been manufacturing oval frames, round frames, and other specialty shape frames for decades, and now all our frames are available as closed corner rectangles.
What is a Closed Corner Rectangle frame?
A closed corner rectangle has no corner joints. Rather than being made with length moulding that is prefinished, all of our frames are cut to size from one piece of wood and then hand finished after. This process gives a stronger, more reliable frame that will not split or tear apart in the corners. Additionally, the absence of corner joints gives an added measure of sophistication to the frame.
What payment options are available?
All major credit cards are accepted. Net 30 day account can be arranged. A service charge of 2% per month will be applied to overdue accounts.
What discounts are available?
Our standard wholesale discounts are 5% for orders over $250, 10% off for orders over $500, and 15% for orders over $1000. Additionally we can arrange quantity discounts for orders of 25 or more of one item. Customers in the floral preservation industry can purchase our floral units and floral unit shadowboxes and receive unit pricing and discounts based on annual volume. What is the return policy?
We guarantee all our products against defects in material and workmanship. No returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns must be filed within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Customers returning merchandise will be responsible for all freight charges as well as a 15% restocking fee. No returns on items that have been framed.
What is the minimum order size?
We do not have minimum order requirements. We do charge a $5 handling fee for orders under $30.
How are the frames packaged and shipped?
Each frame is specially inspected and packaged to ensure safe arrival and rough handling on its journey. For American orders we ship via UPS from our warehouse in Cut Bank, Montana. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post from Magrath, Alberta. Other shipping companies can be arranged as needed.
What is the turnaround time?
Each frame is manufactured to order. All standard frames ship within 5 business days of purchase. All shadowboxes and custom frame orders ship within 8 business days of order.
Can custom sizes of convex glass be ordered?
Yes. We customize all frames and glass. We will custom bend any size of convex glass up to 20x24. Each custom bend requires a paper tracing of the exact size required. The line you draw will be the line the glass is cut to. Allow 3-4 weeks delivery after we receive the tracing.
Can UV protected Convex glass be purchased?
Currently UV protected convex glass is not available due to the fact that the bending of UV glass will cause visual distortions to the finished glass. All convex glass is bent using clear portrait glass. UV flat glass is available as Series #906.
Can colors or decorations be changed on a frame?
Yes. Most of our decorations can be modified, interchanged, added to or taken off most every frame. Please call us for specific information and pricing.
